Back in 2016 I ran a six-computer LAN out of a Kensington Market flat, coaching friends between overtime shifts. Nine years later Crystal Champion Empire is a full studio in the Fashion District — but the obsession with fundamentals, VOD review, and honest feedback hasn't changed.
